Toi Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital product design and development studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit www.toistudios.io (the “Site”).

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service interest, and message content. This information is sent via EmailJS and delivered to our inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and performance. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated data (such as page URL, referrer, browser type, and country). They do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sites, and do not collect personal information.

Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is retained by Vercel per their standard retention policies and cannot be linked to individual users.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you’ve provided to us by emailing admin@toistudios.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
